Gloria’s story

Gloria DunbarGloria has 23 years experience of working in security roles and worked on a full-time permanent basis as a security manager for a large retail chain.

When she reached the age of 60, Gloria was moved to a fixed term yearly contract, to be reviewed every year.  She was the only security manager in the company to be placed on this contract.  All the younger managers remained on a full-time permanent contract.
